Our clients range in age from 15 to 85! Our exercise program is easily adapted and modified to meet your individual needs. This program will enhance the performance of many other activities such as dance, tennis, golf etc. We help you increase your competitive edge. Instead of the quilting bee of the past, our clients gather together to exercise and exchange ideas.
